Conversion modes
Choose a mode to transform text on this device. The original is not replaced unless you press “Replace original with result”.
- Uppercase converts letters to their local uppercase form.
- Lowercase converts letters to their local lowercase form.
- Title Case capitalizes the first letter of each word and lowercases the rest; this is a simple rule, not a universal editorial style.
- Sentence case lowercases the text and capitalizes recognizable sentence starts after . ! or ? and at the start of each line. Abbreviations may affect the result.
Practical examples
“good MORNING, WORLD” becomes “GOOD MORNING, WORLD” (uppercase), “good morning, world” (lowercase), “Good Morning, World” (title) or “Good morning, world” (sentence).
