Data controller

Data processed by the tools

The calculator, text, image, WiFi QR and contact QR tools process entered data directly in the browser. In particular, images, text, WiFi passwords and contact details are used in device memory to produce the result; the application code does not send them to an API or save them in cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage. Files may remain temporarily in browser memory until the page is closed or reloaded.

This description applies to the application code reviewed. It does not cover browser extensions, device software, synchronisation or services outside the site’s control.

Technical request data

To download static pages and assets, the browser makes HTTP requests to the hosting provider and, if enabled, the proxy/CDN. A network request may disclose technical data such as an IP address, date and time, requested path, user agent and, depending on the request, referrer. The site code does not include analytics, tracking pixels or third-party tracking calls. Access to and retention of this data depend on the actual server, proxy/CDN and log configuration, which has not yet been checked.

Purposes and legal bases

The purpose of any necessary technical data is to deliver requested pages, maintain security and diagnose incidents. The possible basis for security and operation is the controller’s legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), subject to documenting necessity, balancing and actual retention periods. The basis and scope must be confirmed against the logs actually generated.

No active profiling, advertising or analytics purpose was identified in the reviewed code. The tools do not collect entered data for reuse by the owner.

Providers, recipients and transfers

Project information names an OVHcloud VPS and Cloudflare for DNS, proxy and HTTPS. Contracts, hosting region, proxy settings, subprocessors, logs and processing locations have not been reviewed. This page therefore does not claim which provider receives which data, in what role, for how long, or whether international transfers occur. The owner must check the actual configuration and current contractual documentation before completing this section.

The site code does not integrate external font, analytics, form or advertising services. Google AdSense is not installed or active.

Retention

Data entered into the tools is not saved using the site’s storage functions; its presence in memory depends on the browser session. Retention periods for server or CDN logs cannot be determined from the repository and must be stated after reviewing the live configuration and applicable policies.

Your rights and how to exercise them

Where the GDPR applies, individuals may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability in the cases provided by law. To make a request, write to [PENDING: privacy contact] and provide enough information to identify the request; if there are reasonable doubts about identity, the controller may ask for proportionate additional information. The controller must complete the applicable procedure and deadlines before this page is published.

Changes to this policy

This policy must be reviewed if the controller, hosting, proxy/CDN, logs, integrated services or purposes change. A date and revision history will be added after the review is complete.
